Suhas Gondi joined Health Strategy in 2025 as Chief Medical Officer and Public Policy Lead. In his role, he oversees medical and clinical strategy for the company and leads our clinical team of physicians, pharmacists, and data scientists in evidence review, formulary management, and value-based purchasing. He serves as a trusted advisor to employers, health plans, and government agencies on clinical evidence, medication access, and affordability.

He also plays a pivotal role in shaping and communicating Health Strategy’s public policy positions, advocating for policies that expand access to affordable medications, and engaging with industry stakeholders and government entities.

Prior to joining Health Strategy, Suhas completed his residency in internal medicine at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. He holds an MD with Honors from Harvard Medical School and an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School, both earned in 2022. Originally from Northern Virginia, Suhas now lives in Boston with his wife and is a practicing physician at Massachusetts General Hospital. Outside of work, he enjoys playing tennis, table tennis, and basketball, and is an avid fan of The West Wing.
