Logan joined Health Strategy, LLC in 2022 and is the VP of Clinical Strategy. In this role he develops and executes the firm’s clinical strategy.

He also supports employer and health plan clients to maximize their pharmacy benefit by implementing opportunities to control cost and improve health outcomes. Logan has extensive experience optimizing formularies and developing client-specific utilization management criteria.  

Prior to joining Health Strategy, Logan spent 9 years with CVS Caremark in various roles. As the director of formulary development, he built and refined commercial template formularies for client use. As a clinical advisor, he directly supported health plan clients to holistically manage their pharmacy benefit. Logan also completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency focusing on specialty pharmaceuticals.  

Logan graduated from Drake University with Doctor of Pharmacy and Master of Business Administration degrees. He is a registered pharmacist in the State of Illinois.
