Jon joined Health Strategy in December 2025 as Chief Health System Officer. He partners with health systems to develop strategies for 340B compliance, acute care pricing, pharmacy operations, supply chain, and pharmacy benefits.

Previously, Jon served as Chief Pharmacy Officer for Mercy Health, leading pharmacy services for 50 hospitals and numerous retail, specialty, and infusion pharmacies. He provided strategic oversight for medication management, 340B optimization, drug diversion prevention, and pharmacy supply chain programs.

Jon earned his PharmD and BS in Pharmacy from St. Louis College of Pharmacy (UHSP) and completed a PGY1 residency at Virginia Commonwealth University Health. He is a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist and was honored as UHSP’s 2025 Distinguished Alumnus for Service to the Profession.

Jon lives in Wildwood, Missouri with his wife. They have three adult children. Outside of work, he enjoys family time, travel, hiking, and fitness.
