Bonnie has over 25 years of senior leadership experience with various Fortune 50 companies across the employer, health plan & consulting industries. She has led domestic and international benefit plans, formulated the design and implementation of strategic products and services, and consulted across all levels of corporate management.

Prior to joining HealthStrategy, Bonnie was the SVP of Strategic Initiatives at UnitedHealth Group leading employer strategy where she drove solution development and positioning to support client goals. Before joining UHG, Bonnie was the VP of Benefits at Target Corporation where she led the strategic design for Target’s 400,000+ team members and $1B roadmap to support a healthier workforce while ensuring healthcare costs remained in alignment with year-over-year sales. Bonnie has served on many health care industry boards focused on driving improved health while delivering optimal client value.
