Nick James, Chief Counsel, joined HSLLC in May 2023. Nick is responsible for providing legal guidance on all matters affecting HSLLC and its affiliated companies, including supporting HSLLC’s clients in their contract negotiations with PBMs. Prior to joining HSLLC, Nick was Senior Counsel at Crowell & Moring LLP where he represented managed care companies in structuring and negotiating agreements with PBMs in many of the largest transactions in the industry.  Nick earned his BA from Tulane University and his JD from Fordham University School of Law.
