Lauren Cabay, our Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Operations, joined Health Strategy, LLC in 2015, bringing with her a wealth of experience in the healthcare industry. She holds a Master of Criminal Justice from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from John Jay College.

Throughout her career, Lauren has played integral roles in health care startups, company expansions, and mergers, demonstrating a deep understanding of operational dynamics. Her expertise spans human resources, payroll management, operations and financial oversight, contributing significantly to the strategic growth and stability of the organizations she has served.

In her current role, Lauren is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating operational activities at Health Strategy. She focuses on developing and implementing efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet the organization’s current and future needs. In addition, Lauren manages the daily business operations, collaborating closely with department heads and supervisors to ensure seamless support for all employees.
